Dr. Sunita Tandulwadkar is a Chief IVF Consultant and Endoscopist of Ruby Hall Clinic. She is the one who started the trend of Laparoscopic Hysterectomy and all Advanced Endoscopic Surgeries in the city of Pune – since 1995.
She has taken her training in Endoscopic Surgery from various world-renowned centers - Sydney, Germany & USA. Her field of specialization is Laparoscopic repair of pelvic floor. She has designed many Endoscopic instruments and presented her work in many National & International conferences, ISGE (International Society of Gynae Endoscopists), AAGL (All American Association of Gynecological Laparoscopists), ASRM. She has published many papers in National & International Journals.
She has conducted endoscopic workshops at many places in India & trained many gynaecologists and surgeons from India & abroad for Endoscopic Surgeries at her center.Since Dec 2002 she has established a "State-of-the-Art" IVF- Endoscopy Center at Ruby Hall Clinic. She is the chief of the center.
She has taken her training in IVF & Infertility from Sydney IVF center Australia, National University Hospital Singapore and from UK.
Ruby Hall IVF Center is the first center in the world to develop Blastocyst within 6 months of its set-up. It has achieved its name & reputation in short span of time because of her hard work, dedication & honesty. Her skill in Endoscopic Surgery is the biggest asset to the center as well as her patients.She has been awarded "Sarvashree" award and Gold medal for her pioneer works in the field of Endoscopy & ART in 2004. She is also Honorary Consultant to Poona Hospital & Research Center.
She is in-charge of the ART (Assisted Reproductive Techniques) laboratory and handles procedures like IVF, ICSI, Embryo and Semen Cryopreservation and Andrology procedures including the Sperm Banking.
Passing her Masters Degree in Science from University of Pune with distinction, she has majored in Genetics. She has an extensive experience in IVF Laboratory Advanced Techniques, particularly Micromanipulation and also workflow improvement and laboratory management.
She is regularly invited as faculty member at the workshops organized by POGS (Pune Obst. & Gynaec. Society) as well as AMOGS (All Maharashtra Society for Obst. & Gynaec.) and also imparts advanced ART and IUI training to the gynecologists from all over India at the center.
She has graced the “International Congress of Infertility- ICI 2006” as the National Faculty along with the known legends in the field- Dr. David Mortimer and Ms. Rosemarie Cullinan. Her skills were highly appreciated by the International Faculty where she solely handled “Live Relay of ART” and demonstrated all the laboratory procedures “LIVE” from the lab including the live ICSI she was in-charge of the IUI hands-on workshop organized for the same conference. She believes that learning is a continuous process that leads to advancement of skills and also believes that effective team work is the key to achieve and maintain high success rates.

Dr. Pooja Lodha has been trained in Fetal Medicine from Indraprastha Apollo, Delhi, a Fetal Medicine Foundation accredited fellowship. She went on to Kings' College, London to continue her training from Professor K. Nicolaides, at the Harris Birth Right Research Center for Fetal Medicine.
She is an FMF (UK) accredited specialist for the first trimester (NT) scan, and has obtained certificates of competence from the FMF (UK) for anomaly scan and Doppler studies too.
Dr. Pooja Lodha is passionate about Fetal Medicine and totally committed to the cause. Her unit specializes in early diagnosis of fetal abnormalities, pre-pregnancy counseling for fetal anomalies, genetic syndromes apart from the routine thorough obstetric ultrasounds.
Having keen interest in genetics and perinatal pathologies, Dr. Pooja Lodha has set up services for Genetic Counselling and procedures.

Dr. Vaishali Giri did her M.S in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Grant Medical College and Sir J.J Group of hospitals, Mumbai in 2010.
A keen interest in Infertility Management made her pursue a Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine in 2012 from Ruby Hall Clinic.
The combination State of ART technology, Advanced Endoscopic Surgeries and high risk Obstetrics - all under one roof encouraged her to join the center as an Associate Consultant.
She is a devoted staff and is with the team since past 20 years.
I am M.Sc Microbiology from Modern College, University of Pune.
I am working as an Embryologist at Ruby Hall IVF and Endoscopy Centre since July 2013. In a short span of my tenure, I have not only learned, but mastered ART techniques like semen analysis, sperm washing, sperm freezing as well Quality Control and record keeping.
I now ably handle the andrology section of the embryology lab independently, and am simultaneously undertaking training in embryo culture, dish preparation, oocyte and embryo assessment, loading of embryo transfer catheter and vitrification of embryos.
My desire to excel, combined with an ability to work hard drives my aspiration to be a skilful Clinical Embryologist.
It is a great opportunity to work under Dr. Sunita Tandulwadkar, who not just handles a wide variety of infertility cases, but also uses innovation and experience to give the best possible results, which are things that cannot be learnt through books.
Dr. Parinaaz Parhar is currently doing National Board's two year Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine at Ruby Hall Clinic under the guidance of Dr. Sunita Tandulwadkar.
She has done her MBBS with distinction from RMC, Loni where she was a gold medalist throughout and a MUHS, Nashik topper in her 3rd year .
She has done her M.S. in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the prestigious B.J. Medical College and Sassoon General Hospital, Pune. She represented B.J. Medical College at the POGS Annual Conference in 2011 and won the best case presentation award for “A case of severe ovarian Hyperstimulation in pregnancy.”
She nurtures a keen interest in the management of infertile couples and chose Ruby Hall Clinic to pursue her dream under the able and passionate guidance of Dr. Sunita Tandulwadkar, where each patient is treated with dignity, empathy and privacy. Patients are meticulously analysed and investigated before being started on an individualized treatment protocol in keeping with international standards.
The training programme has not only exposed her to the best in the management of a variety of Infertility cases from all over the world, but also to the latest in the fields of Endoscopy and high risk Obstetrics. Dr Devika Chopra completed her MBBS from Grant Medical College, Mumbai in 2008. Thereafter she pursued a DNB degree in Ob/Gyn at Bhatia Hospital. Her interest in infertility management prompted her to pursue a one year fellowship MSc course in embryology at Oxford University, UK. After gaining insight into the laboratory aspects of IVF, she wanted to master the clinical side of infertility management. She therefore, joined a one year fellowship in Reproductive medicine at Ruby hall Clinic, which is reknown for its state of the art infertility management, high risk obstetrics and infertility endoscopy. Her future plans include giving the MRCOG part 2 in 2015.
Dr Devika has presented many papers at national/ international conferences and has won a gold medal for her presentation on “risk of Malignancy Index in ovarian masses’ at the AMWI south east asia conference. She halso has several publications to her credit and has a keen interest in academeic research. She is sure that at the end of her fellowship she will not only be be a well read infertility clinician, but also be an all round
I completed my MBBS in 2010 and MS in 2013 from Sri Siddhartha Medical College, Rajiv Gandhi University, Bangalore. . Im currently pursuing Grant Medical Foundation’s fellowship in Reproductive Medicine.
I have participated as a demonstrator in various Colposcopy workshops as a post graduate. I was a part of the organising team for various genital cancer screening camps in rural Karnataka. I have authored two journal publications in a National Indexed Journal (Journal of Evolution of Medical Sciences) in 2013. I have presented a paper in AICOG National Conference, Mumbai, 2013.
After working for a year as an Obstetrician and Gynecologist, I developed a passion for Reproductive Medicine.I consider myself fortunate for having the opportunity to pursue fellowship under Dr Sunita Tandulwadkar at Ruby Hall Clinic since it is one of the premier centres for IVF. Ruby Hall IVF department deals with wide variety of cases in the field of IVF, Endoscopy, Embryology, high risk Obstetrics which will enrich my knowledge and skills. Working under Dr Sunita Tandulwadkar has increased my zeal for perfection and achieve excellence. Her commitment towards work, patients, academics and zest to achieve more is inspiring to the younger generation.
After completing my MBBS from B J Medical College, Pune in 2010 and my DNB Obstetrics & Gynaecology from GKNM Hospital, Coimbatore in May 2014, I still had a quest for further education- that extra feather in my cap! A chance to work with Dr. Sunita Tandulwadkar at Ruby Hall IVF Clinic was a dream come true.
I am currently pursuing a 1 year fellowship in Reproductive Medicine and Endoscopy under the able guidance of Dr. Tandulwadkar. This is a golden opportunity for all-round development; not just because we get a chance to handle reproductive medicine, endoscopy and high risk obstetrics under one roof, but also because we can hone our skills at patient-counselling, team work as well as academics.
I have, during my post- graduation, presented posters at National and International Conferences. My poster titled ‘A rare case of Polyhydramnios’ was awarded the First prize at Yuva FOGSI South Zone 2012. The same case report was later published in Perinatology Journal in the April-June 2013 volume. My post graduate thesis on ‘Instrumental vaginal deliveries- An Analytical study’ included 600 patients over a span of 2 years and extensively analysed various aspects of operative vaginal deliveries. I always actively participated in case discussions in various post-graduate National Conferences as well.
Working at Ruby Hall Clinic is a chance to keep my interest in academics alive, since Dr. Tandulwadkar always encourages her students to actively participate in various publications, seminars and other academic activities.

I also subsequently obtained my Masters in gynaecology and obstetrics from acclaimed American Institute of Medicine,Seychelles in the same year.During my post graduate training I was awarded the prestigious D K Tank award for interesting case prize by Mumbai Obstetric and Gynaecological society for two years in running 2012 and 2013 and got an extremely rare case on Amniotic Band Syndrome published in the Indian Journal of Perinatology and Reproductive Biology in June 2012
During the various conferences I attended I got acquainted with the exemplary work of Dr Sunita Tandulwadkar and was advised by many senior colleagues and teachers as the ideal learning destination for laparoscopy and Infertility management. When joined I found the centre to be as much and more. Not just to mention the centre boasts of state of the art facilities and laboratory it also had a steady patient inflow, many of them coming from far flung places. Madam became a mentor, teacher and friend all in one. Madam seems like a perfect amalgamation of surgeon and administrator . The attention to detail in the Operation theatre and work ethics command immense respect. In addition the youth like exuberance and eagerness to work strive all of us to excel. I am glad and honoured to be a part of this set up and her team.
M.B.B.S., DNB (Obstetrics and Gynecology) - Final Year Dr. Nirzari Mangeshikar pursued her M.B.B.S. from Padmashree Dr. D.Y.Patil Medical College in 2005, during which she earned distinctions in Otorhinolaryngology and Pediatrics.
She has been fascinated by the field of endoscopy since her undergraduate days, which made her choose Ruby Hall Clinic to pursue her D.N.B. in Obstetrics and Gynecology under the guidance of renowned endoscopist Dr. Sunita Tandulwadkar. Her experience at the centre has exposed her to not just routine obstetrics and gynecological cases, but also to advanced endoscopic surgeries and infertility procedures. As she nears the end of her training period, she is sure that she has gained skills and confidence to become a good endoscopic surgeon.
I have done M.B.B.S., M.S (2013) from N.T.R University of health Sciences, Andhra Pradesh. I am currently perusing ICOG fellowship in Reproductive Medicine. Presented paper at State conference. Worked as Registrar at Fernandez Hospital,Hyderabad.
I was always interested in perusing infertility, fortunate to get fellowship under Dr. Sunita Tandulwadkar who is one of the top ART specialists in country. It is a pleasure to learn new skills and facts of endocrinology and endoscopy which she makes look so simple and easy. Her undying enthusiasm for excellence, time management and organisational skills are a lasting source of inspiration for younger generation like us.

Dr Sana Shaikh after completing her MBBS from Dr Vaishampayan Memorial Govt Medical College , cleared her NBE entrance examination and secured a Primary DNB seat . After her exposure to different faculties in medicine & surgery during her MBBS course and internship , she developed keen interest in Obstetrics and Gynaecology . She is upfront in taking a variety of cases and assisting in various surgical procedures .She has assisted in cases like normal deliveries , hysteroscopies , cesarean sections , cervical cerclages , Vaginal and laparoscopic hysterectomies , laparoscopic endometrioma excision procedures and the list goes on .She has also done deliveries and a cesarean section independently. Dr Sana takes immense pride in being a part of our esteemed institute and has the zeal to perform better and learn as much as possible and to make the most of this precious oppurtunity of working under Dr Tandulwadkar, one of the most renowned endoscopist & Infertility specialist in the country .
