Dr. Sunita Tandulwadkar is a Chief IVF Consultant and Endoscopist of Ruby Hall Clinic.
She is the one who started the trend of laparoscopic hysterectomy and all advanced endoscopic surgeries in the city of Pune – since 1995.
She has taken her training in Endoscopic surgery from various world-renowned centers - Sydney, Germany & USA. Her field of specialization is laparoscopic repair of pelvic floor. She has designed many endoscopic instruments and presented her work in many National & International conferences, ISGE (International Society of Gynae Endoscopists), AAGL (All American Association of Gynecological Laparoscopists), ASRM. She has published many papers in National & International Journals.
She has conducted endoscopic workshops at many places in India & trained many gynaecologists and surgeons from India & abroad for Endoscopic surgeries at her centre.
Since Dec.2002 she has established a “State-of-the-Art” IVF- Endoscopy Centre at Ruby Hall Clinic. She is the chief of the centre.
She has taken her training in IVF & Infertility from Sydney IVF center Australia, National University Hospital Singapore and from UK.
Ruby Hall IVF Centre is the first centre in the world to develop Blastocyst within 6 months of its set-up. It has achieved its name & reputation in short span of time because of her hard work, dedication & honesty. Her skill in endoscopic surgery is the biggest asset to the centre as well as her patients.
She has been awarded “Sarvashree” award and Gold medal for her pioneer works in the field of Endoscopy & ART in 2004.
She is also Honorary Consultant to Poona Hospital & Research Centre. |

Done 450 Intrauterine Inseminations (IUI)
Independently Assisted around 350 laparoscopic & hysteroscopic
Procedures : Assisisted 500 IVF procedures like Ovum pick-up & Embryo transfer. Done around 50 IVF procedures independently.
Thesis : In Gynecology , paper presentation on ‘Ectopic pregnancy’ in 2004. In Obstetrics presented thesis on ‘Transverse Lie’ in 2005.
Active participation as an organising secretary in “International Conference on Infertility 2006" (ICI 2006) on 3rd, 4th, 5th March2006 at Le Meridien, Pune.
In Ovulation Induction Workshop, delivered a talk as a national faculty on ‘Polycystic ovaries & its relevance to assisted conception’. Attended |

Dr. Amit Shah is a Consultant at Fertility & Endoscopy Center, Ruby Hall Clinic, Pune and Poona Hospital & Research Center, Pune.
He is a gold medallist in M.D. (Ob/Gy) from Shivaji University. He is also successfully completed DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
His main field of interest is Infertility and Gynaecological Endoscopy.
He has presented many papers in the National FOGSI conferences as well as in the conferences organized by Solapur Obst. & Gynaec. Society and has been awarded prizes for the same.He nurtures his keen academic interest by being actively involved in delivering lectures to DNB students in Obst. & Gynaec. and also by participating in the various conferences. |

Dr. Amit Shah |

She is In-charge of the ART (Assisted Reproductive Techniques) Laboratory and handles procedures like IVF, ICSI, embryo and semen cryopreservation and andrology procedures including the sperm banking.
Passing her Masters Degree in Science from University of Pune with distinction, she has majored in Genetics.
She has an extensive experience in IVF laboratory advanced techniques, particularly micromanipulation and also workflow improvement and laboratory management.
She is regularly invited as faculty member at the workshops organized by POGS (Pune Obst. & Gynaec. Society) as well as AMOGS (All Maharashtra Society for Obst. & Gynaec.) and also imparts advanced ART and IUI training to the gynecologists from all over India at the center.
She has graced the “International Congress of Infertility- ICI 2006” as the National Faculty along with the known legends in the field- Dr. David Mortimer and Ms. Rosemarie Cullinan. Her skills were highly appreciated by the International Faculty where she solely handled “Live Relay of ART” and demonstrated all the laboratory procedures “live” from the lab including the Live ICSI She was In-charge of the IUI hands-on workshop organized for the same conference. She believes that learning is a continuous process that leads to advancement of skills and also believes that effective team work is the key to achieve and maintain high success rates. |

She has done her Residency Post in Obstetrics and Gynecology from, K.J. Somaiya Hospital, Mumbai.
Her specialized field of interest is Infertility and Gynecological Endoscopy.
She is currently working as an Clinical Assistant at Fertility and Endoscopy Centre, Ruby Hall Clinic, Pune since last two years.
She regularly upgrades her knowledge by attending various Conferences and Workshops.
Her exposure and understanding to the clinical and lab aspects of ART has led her to believe that the integrated working of both is utmost important for optimizing the results of ART. |

DR. RAKHI SARDA |
He has done M.B.B.S. from Government Medical College, Miraj.
He is presently doing D.N.B. (Obstetrics & Gynaecology) at Ruby Hall Clinic Fertility & Endoscopy Center, Pune. under the guidance of Dr. Sunita Tandulwadkar. His thesis is ‘Role of Clomiphene Citrate and Clomiphene Citrate + Metformin as the first line of management of P.C.O.S. (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome)’.
He has received 1st prize by Indian Physics Association in Science Project Competition in 1999.
DR. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam (former President of India) appreciated his work in Health Awareness, Anti HIV Campaign & Sex Education in his personal visit.
He has been awarded 3rd Prize at the National Level in Health Awareness Poster competition by AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi) with ‘Heart Donation’ as a theme.
He enjoys sketching in his leisure time. |

DR. Rahul Gore

Presently doing DNB Obstetrics and Gynecology under the guidance of Dr Sunita Tandulwadkar.
Her thesis topic is “ Single versus Double IUI in cases of Oligoasthenospermia”.
Has actively participated in POGS activities and also assisted in organizing IUI workshops, and International conference on Infertility 2006 in Pune.
Has actively participated in FOGSI national programme “ Freedom from Infertility”.
Was active team member of “National Social Service” organization from school days and attended awareness camps in rural area. Also organized camps with live dramas, presentations and pictures in rural and slum areas for awareness.

DR. Mugdha Galgali - Joshi

She is currently working as an ‘Embryologist’ at Ruby Hall Clinic Fertility & Endoscopy Center, Pune.
She has done her graduation in Science from University of Pune in 1991.
She has successfully completed Diploma in Computer Management from Hank Computer, Pune in 1991.
She has extensive experience in laboratory advance techniques, especially ‘Radio Immuno Assay’ (RIA).
She was employed as a Lab Technician in K.E.M. Hospital Pune for a year. She then joined Ruby Hall Clinic as a ‘Nuclear Technician’ and was working there for last 16 years.
She was then shifted to the Fertility & Endoscopy Center due to her special interest in IVF. She participated in FOGSI National Awareness Programme “Freedom from Infertility” and now she is one of the key persons in IVF center |
